At RC Willey, our customers are like family. And, like you, during these last few weeks we’ve been learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it affects our families and communities.
The health and safety of our associates and customers continues to be of paramount importance. We are continuing to monitor the coronavirus situation.
We are closely following the CDC guidelines and recommendations to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We have also shared instructions with our associates and encouraged them to follow CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health and well-being. We’ve instructed associates to frequently wash their hands and stay home if they feel sick or if someone in their household is sick. We’ve also adjusted or delayed scheduled travel plans for our associates.

We know many of you have scheduled deliveries and installations. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to reschedule your delivery or installation. Simply contact your store or sales associate to reschedule your appointment.
