Did you know?
Less than 45% of reported technical problems are actual problems. 55% either have no problem or could easily be addressed through some basic troubleshooting!Follow these simple troubleshooting steps to get your product up and running as quickly as possible!
Step 1: Warranty or No Warranty, that is the question!
Did you purchase a Blue Rewards or other Extended Warranty?Yes! Submit a claim here
No. Contact the Manufacturer directly and be prepared to give them the proof of purchase, model and serial numbers.

Step 2: Troubleshooting
Concern:
Fridge is not cooling/making ice
Solution:
It can take 24-48 hours for a new fridge to start to get cool and make ice.
Wait 24 hours before submitting warranty claim or contacting the manufacturer.
Concern:
Fridge has no power/lights
Solution:
- Is it plugged in?
- Did you check the circuit breaker in your home that connects to the outlet the fridge is plugged into?
- Are the temperature controls adjusted correctly? Refer to the owner’s manual to determine the proper settings for your product.
Concern:
Ice Maker and/or Water Dispenser not working
Solution:
Did you know that it can up to 24 hours for the reservoir inside the ice maker to fill up and freeze
before making ice for the first time? Inside the fridge there is a control panel – is the ice maker on?
Check to make sure that the water line is connected properly to your product. Hold down the water dispenser
(this may take a while) until you fill and pour out several containers full of water in order to ensure the
water line is clear and the ice maker reservoir is filled properly. Then give it some time to work on freezing
your ice for you! ENJOY!
Concern:
The fridge door does not seal/close properly
Solution:
This is an EASY ONE! No need to call anyone here, just take a look at the owner’s manual for
the simple adjustment needed to get your door back on track!
Concern:
Fridge makes loud noises. Why?
Solution:
Refrigerators have large compressors to keep your food cold. Sometimes these compressors are louder than others.
This is totally normal. Check the owner’s manual for more to see if your model comes with a “louder than normal”
compressor.
Concern:
What temperature setting should I use in my refrigerator/freezer?
Solution:
Personal preferences vary, as do recommended settings by manufacturer and model. Please refer to your appliances owners manual or
manufacturers website for specific settings.
Concern:
No power/won’t turn on
Solution:
Is it plugged in? Have you checked the circuit breaker in your home connected to the outlet you have
this product plugged into to make sure it has not been thrown?
Concern:
Washer is bouncing all over the place and is making tons of noise!
Solution:
- Washing machines have shipping blocks/straps/bars/bolts to hold them in place during transport. See the owner’s manual to make sure you know how to remove them before operation. If your item was delivered, your driver should have removed these already. If not, let us know! But in the meantime, see the manual and get those things out of your machine so you can begin to use your cool new product!
- Is the machine on a level surface? Use the legs of the machine to adjust up/down to keep the machine level.
- Has your machine’s capacity been exceeded, meaning too many clothes all at once? This is a super common cause for loud machines as they can go out of balance if there is too much inside them at one time or even if the bulk of the clothes are placed on one side vs. the other. Even things out or pull out a few items and you should be good to go!
Concern:
Washer isn’t spinning. Shouldn’t it spin when it’s running?
Solution:
Not all cycles require the agitator to spin. Issue could be a simple lid lock switch. If you think
it’s the switch, refer back to the top of the page for what to do next.
Concern:
Washer isn’t filling properly.
Solution:
Measure the distance from the floor to the drainpipe – is it at least 32”? If not, your machine will
just continue to siphon over and over causing wasted water and issues with filling. Most washers will
not work unless the drainpipe is 32”+. Need an extension?

Concern:
My feet are wet. I think my washer is leaking….HELP!
Solution:
Check the connections from the water hoses to the machine. If they are not tight both on the machine
end and to the spigot, unscrew them and screw them back on nice and tight. Check the drain hose and pipe
stand to make sure they are not leaking either.

concerns and let us know so we can set up a repair service order. If you installed it yourself, feel free
to contact the manufacturer directly at one of the numbers below.
Concern:
No power, won’t turn on
Solution:
Is it plugged in? Is the cord attached properly to the dryer (see Owner’s Manual). Have you checked
your circuit breaker that is attached to the outlet your dryer is plugged into to see if it’s thrown?
Concern:
Clothes are still wet or dryer takes forever to dry my clothes
Solution:
- Check the lint filter. Super common to forget to clear that filter in between dryer cycles. Major fire hazard, make sure the air flow is strong by cleaning that lint filter between each and every drying session!
- Check the vent line going outside – is it clear or can you not see any daylight? May want to pull it down and clear it out so your machine can catch its breath!
Concern:
Dryer is on but not turning
Solution:
Hmmm, maybe the belt that turns the drum is not attached for whatever reason? Bummer. See the steps at the
top of the page to get this fixed or see the owner’s manual to see how to reattach the belt yourself.
Concern:
Lint filter keeps catching on clothes
Solution:
Clean that puppy! There’s too much lint and the filter cannot sit all the way down. Possibly use a vacuum
to pull out that old lint.
Concern:
I just got this thing and the insulation is damaged. Will it still work?
Solution:
YES! Insulation can just be taped together and put back in place. It’s just there to quiet the cycles.
Concern:
My dishes are still dirty….Why?
Solution:
Your owner’s manual has lots of ideas on the proper ways to fill your new dishwasher. If it is overly full or
you have something blocking the drains, you can see residue left over. Make sure that the drain hose is
installed correctly as this could affect cleanliness as well.
Concern:
My new dishwasher is leaking!
