If you purchased an RC Willey Extended Warranty and need to file a claim, click the corresponding button and you will be taken to your order history page. Simply click on the "File Claim" link located in the same box as the item you purchased, on the right-hand side. (If you are not logged in to your account, you will be prompted to do so). If the "File Claim" link is not present next to an item, there is not an RC Willey Extended Warranty associated with that item.
If you did not purchase an RC Willey Extended Warranty you may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty if you are within one year of your purchase date.

Furniture Protection
Protects your furniture's fabric, leather, & wood against many stains, accidental rips, tears, burns, dents, & chips. *
Mattress Protection
Protects your mattress against spills and messes with a specialty mattress cover. Extends the manufacturer's warranty to 10 years.
Electronics Protection
Extends the manufacturer's warranty with 100% parts & labor coverage for the duration of your RC Willey Protection Plan.
Appliance Protection
Extends the manufacturer's warranty and ensures in-home service by a factory-trained technician. And if it can't be fixed, we'll exchange it!
* Warranties purchased prior to February 1st, 2019, only cover food & drink spills, human or pet bodily fluids stains.
* Warranties purchased prior to April 2024 are divided into separate Fabric, Leather, & Wood Warranties.
The pledge of protection extends the manufacturer's warranty for the period of the pledge. Anything covered under the manufacturer's warranty is covered for that time period. Exclusions generally include disposable items like batteries. Naturally, damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered.
