The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down. The dough hook can mix up to 34 dozen cookies in a batch. This kit also includes the dough hook extender. This small attachment is for lifting smaller amounts of dough off the bottom of the bowl. The benefit is to have the ability to do as little as 1 small loaf of bread.
