Starting Pay: $16 Per Hour Plus Incentives

We are looking for an In-Home Repair Technician at our Roseville Distribution Center.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
- Technicians are paid $16/hr plus incentives on work done. A technician can make on average $45,000-$55,000 per year.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Drives to customers' homes and inspects products for repairs, returns, and/or exchanges
- Replaces and/or repairs parts of products, upholstery units, and cased goods in customer homes or at the warehouse
- All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with valid California Driver's license and a good driving record
- Be able to attain a DOT Medical Card
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to do repetitive lifting, up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
- Able to work independently and have decision making skills
- Some long distance travel is required, which may require occasional overnight stays in out of area locations
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
